Hola!
Today was another pretty busy day at school, and unfortunately we got even more homework for the weekend. However, tomorrow we have a school field trip to Tequila (a city in Mexico), where Tequila (the liqueur) is made in Mexico! There we will attend to see how Tequila is made with the many plants, cooks in the ovens, and how it ferments to make everyone's(almost) favorite drink here. The event will last from 8:00 in the morning (Ocho in la manana) to 4:00 in the afternoon (Cuartro in la tarde). This event should be fun!
After school was pretty relaxing. We went to exchange money, pick up a few supplies we needed, then headed home to eat. While my roommates went out, I decided to stay and get some much needed sleep, since it has been a little difficult to do so for me.
So, I leave this blog unfortunately with no pictures, but be on the look out tomorrow for the many pictures I will be posting for our field trip! Gracias y hasta manana! (Thanks and see you tomorrow!)
Paula
P.S I will be adding more words and phrases in Spanish, but I will make sure to translate them for you!
